With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in financial services, I have built and led multiple companies throughout my career.
After relocating to Georgia and experiencing firsthand the lack of transparency and professionalism in the local corporate setup market, I founded this firm to do things differently. Frustrated by vague processes elsewhere, I wanted to build a complete boutique service tailored to international founders, digital nomads, and corporate groups, anchored by transparent pricing, clear timelines, and dedicated legal tracking.
Sebastian Foxwell
With 7 years of professional experience in financial services, managing client investments and guiding people through financial concepts.
I have built my career on a foundation of trusted relationships and reliable execution. Having recently relocated to Georgia myself, I navigated the setup process firsthand. Seeing the hurdles directly showed me how much room there is for a better approach. My goal is to use that experience to remove the friction and give international founders a completely transparent path here.
Grigoli Babunashvili
Grigoli is a practicing attorney in Tbilisi, Georgia, specializing in civil and administrative law. With 6 years of active experience helping international clients navigate business setup, entity formation, and relocation, he ensures every legal pathway is secure and compliant.
He combines a strong academic background in European and international law, including an LLM from the University of Antwerp and a Master in International and European Law (MIEL) from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, with practical advisory expertise.
Nino Eremadze
An accomplished legal and public administration professional with over 35 years of distinguished experience within Georgia's key judicial and state institutions.
Fluent in Russian and proficient in English, her extensive career includes leadership roles in high-level prosecutorial services, heading the legal department at the Ministry of Corrections and Probation, and directing contract preparation and inspection at the State Procurement Agency. Combining deep expertise in administrative law and public procurement with strong analytical skills.
